Bad boy chilli puree is an easy way to add flavour and heat to your cooking, simply add a quarter of a teaspoon to your dish depending on how much heat you like, start small and add extra if you want that extra heat. The Scotch Bonnet chilli has great flavour to heat ratio, hot, fruity and born from the Caribbean it adds that West Indian flair to your cooking.
