Its delicious fruity flavour can be used in all types of cooking: Curries, pasta, chillies, stews, stir frys, fish, meat, veggies, salsas, dips, rubs, marinades, sauces, cakes, sweet and savoury, hot or cold... Or just spread it on your toast.

Carolina Reaper is a great addition for the chilli lover, a super hot which is boasts the title of the hottest chilli on the planet, this chilli although hot has great flavour. The pureée is an easy way to add flavour and heat to your cooking, just an eighth of a teaspoon (or less) can spice up your favourite dishes, start small and add extra if you want that extra heat. The Carolina Reaper chilli is a cross between the Scorpion and Naga, it has great flavour and mouth watering heat, another favourite with the chilli heads. If you know anyone that boasts of their hardnest to heat this little pot will surely be a great addition to their collection of hot sauces.

Ingredients: Fresh Chillies and Vinegar. (We only use one type of chilli in each puree, so if it says Carolina Reaper it is 100% Carolina Reaper, no other chillies added for bulking up)
