Let's start by talking about our secret recipe of salted pink grapefruit marmalade. We use a series of handpicked ingredients for its creation and the finished product is left to sit for 2 weeks to provoke delectably intense flavours. The result is our crisp, zesty marmalade with top notes of pink peppercorn & lime.
While the marmalade intensifies, we begin our distillation process where 12 select botanicals are used. A particularly special one is the Butterfly Pea flower which originates from South East Asia. This mystical botanical gives our gin its natural colour changing abilities.
